About Revo Connect
Revo Connect is a middleware-based alarm video verification platform designed to bridge physical security systems with monitoring stations. It enables real-time visual verification of alarm events by integrating alarm panels, motion sensors, and video management systems.
The platform connects Patriot monitoring software with NX Witness and other VMS systems to automatically retrieve and deliver short video clips whenever an alarm is triggered.
Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the system leverages cloud infrastructure and storage to securely process, store, and distribute video data to monitoring operators.
The primary focus of this engagement was to review system architecture, identify production risks, improve data integrity, enhance observability, and establish a scalable and maintainable foundation for future growth.
