Most AI projects fail because they start with the technology and go looking for a problem. We start with the task that eats your team’s hours, the phone that rings at 11pm, the forms someone retypes, the questions your staff answer fifty times a day. Then we build the smallest thing that removes it, prove it works on your real data in two weeks, and only then talk about anything bigger. We do not do computer vision, fraud models or facial recognition. We do these four, well, for businesses that answer phones, reply to customers and fill in forms. Every one of them has a real example you can see or call. Answers your business line 24 hours a day, in a natural voice. Chat agent trained on your own documents
A chat assistant on your website, WhatsApp or inside your app that answers from your menus, manuals, policies and price lists, not from the open internet. It says ‘I do not know, let me get a person’ instead of making things up. Paperwork and inbox automation
AI reads the invoices, forms, emails and PDFs that land in your business, pulls out what matters, and puts it where it belongs: your CRM, your spreadsheet, your accounting tool, a reply draft for a human to approve. Built on n8n and your existing tools, so nothing gets ripped out.

AI inside the software you already have
You already have an app, a portal or an admin panel. Pick one task. We build a working version on your real data in two weeks, for a fixed price of . At the end you get a demo you can click or call, the code, and a plain English note on what it would take to run it for real. If it does not work, you have lost two weeks and a small fixed fee, not a six month contract. Most clients go on to the full build. Some find out AI is not the answer, and that is a good outcome too.

Where AI is the wrong answer
We turn down AI projects every month. Here is when we will tell you to keep your money.
You do not have the data. If the answers are not written down anywhere, a chatbot has nothing to learn from. Fix the documents first, then come back.
A rule would do it. If the task is ‘when X happens, do Y’, that is plain automation, costs a fifth of the price, and never hallucinates.
The cost of a wrong answer is high. Medical dosing, legal advice, anything with money moving without a human check. AI can draft, a person must approve
Under 20 times a day. If the task happens less than that, a person is cheaper than building and maintaining an AI to do it.

The tools under the hood, if your tech person asks
You do not need to know any of this. But we would rather list what we actually use than a wall of logos. Language models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, chosen per job. Voice: Vapi, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Twilio. Automation: n8n, self hosted so your data stays put. Data and backend: Supabase, PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI. Hosting: AWS or your own cloud account. Questions people ask on the first call
Will it make things up to my customers?
It can, which is why we build it to answer only from your documents and to say ‘let me get a person’ when it is not sure. In the pilot we throw real awkward questions at it and show you what it does. Anything involving money, health or legal
advice always goes to a human before it is sent.
Where does my data go?
Into accounts you own. Your documents sit in your database, automations run on a server we set up for you, and the AI providers we use do not train on your data under the business terms we sign. If you need everything to stay in one country, say so and we will pick tools that allow it.
How long does it take?
Pilot: two weeks. A phone agent or chat agent live for real: three to four weeks after that. AI inside an existing app: three to six weeks depending on the state of your code. We give you the real dates in writing before we start.
What does it cost after launch?
Two parts: the AI provider’s usage charges, usually for a small business, passed through at cost, and an optional monthly plan with us for monitoring, fixes and improvements. You can run it without us after handover if you prefer.
What if the pilot does not work?
You have spent two weeks and a small fixed fee, and you know something true about your business. You keep the code and the write-up. There is no contract to get out of. About of pilots go on to a full build; the rest were worth finding out.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Usually yes. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, most CRMs, booking systems and accounting tools have connections we have used before. If yours does not, we tell you on the free call, not after you have paid.
What is an AI agent, in plain terms?
Software that can take a goal, work out the steps, use your tools to do them, and ask a person when stuck. A phone agent that checks a calendar and sends a text is one. People also say ‘agentic AI’ for the same thing. We build them, we just do not lead with the word.
