What happens after you say yes

Seven steps from first call to launch, and no surprises in between.

Step by step

The seven steps, in plain English

Every project follows the same seven steps. For each one you can see what we do, what we need from you, what you get at the end and roughly how long it takes. Timings here are typical, your proposal will have the real ones for your project.
End-to-End Process ```html
1

Free call and discovery

You explain the problem, who it is for and what success looks like. We ask the awkward questions early, including whether you should build this at all. You get: a one page summary and a rough size and cost. Takes: one call, sometimes two.

2

Plan, price and timeline

We turn the call into a written proposal: what we build, in what order, who is on the team, what it costs and when each piece lands. You mark it up, we revise, you sign. You get: a scope you can hold us to. Takes: 3 to 5 days.

3

Design every screen first

Before any code, you get clickable screens in Figma. You tap through the app as your customer would and tell us what feels wrong. Changing a screen now costs minutes, not days. You get: approved designs. Takes: 1 to 3 weeks.

4

Build in two week sprints

We build in two week chunks. Every Friday you see new screens working on a test link. Every two weeks something is finished and usable, in a GitHub account you own. You get: a product to test early. Takes: most of the project.

5

Test before you see it

A dedicated tester checks every feature on real phones and browsers before it reaches you. Speed, security and edge cases too. You get: a bug list you can watch shrink. Takes: every sprint, plus a final week.

6

Launch

We set up hosting, domain, app store listings and monitoring, in accounts you own. We launch quietly first, check it with real traffic, then go public. You get: a live product, every login, a one page runbook. Takes: 2 to 5 days.

7

Stay and improve

Launch is the start. We watch the system, fix what breaks, apply updates and add features as you grow, on a monthly plan or per request. You get: a named person who knows your code. Takes: as long as you need.

process 5

Monday: the plan

Your project manager posts what the team is building this week and what we need from you, in your project board and your chat channel.

01

Every day: a short update

A two line note each day: done, next, blocked. Read it in ten seconds or skip it. Nothing hides in a meeting you missed.

process 3

Friday: the demo

Working screens on a test link, shown on a call you can join or watch later. This is where you say yes, no, or change it.

03

Every two weeks: a release

Something finished and tested lands on your test link. Show it to real users while we build the next piece.

Tools you will use

Five tools, no new logins to learn

You do not need to learn our tools, we work in yours where we can. Here is the default set and what each one is for. Each one gives you full visibility: the plan, the design, the code and the latest working version, any time, without asking us for a status update. Already use something else for chat or tasks? We will use that.

Why it works

Why clients come back for a second project

No surprises, no black boxes, no starting over.
01. Fair pricing, no surprises
You get a fixed quote or an hourly rate before we start, and you approve every change in scope. We build the smallest version that proves the idea first, so you are not paying for features nobody uses. Most projects land within the budget we agreed.
Launch day is the start, not the end. We watch your system, apply updates, fix anything that breaks and add features as your business grows. You always have a named person to call, and they already know your code inside out.
A first working version in weeks, not months. We ship in short two week cycles and show you real screens each time, so you can test with real users early and change course while it is still cheap. Speed without cutting corners on quality.
Security is built in from the first line of code, not bolted on later. Encrypted data, secure cloud hosting, safe logins and regular checks. If your industry has rules to follow, such as health or finance, we build to meet them from day one.
Idea, plan, design, build, launch, support. One team does it all, so nothing gets lost in a handover between vendors. Think of us as your in-house tech department, without the payroll. We sit on your side of the table for as long as you need us.

Reviews

What clients say after launch

Unedited reviews from real projects

The project went well, the team was professional and got up to speed quickly on the work and performed effectively. They help us get the project back on track and now we are in a good position. I will definitely use them in the future for subsequent tasks as they arise. I recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future!

I approached Sunil to assist me with a specific part of a project. His quick understanding of the project and clear technical skill and proficiency resulted in his involvement growing into a lead role. Will definitely be working with again in the future.

Adam New

Founder and CEO

Rajvjay and his team delivered exactly what they promised on time and within budget. They handled every requirement with great care, and I have to say, they're true masters of process. I actually learned a lot about Agile practices and tools like Jira and Trello from them. I'd highly recommend this team to anyone who values a structured, process-driven approach for smooth and efficient project delivery.

Shivangi

Working with Arun has been a great experience! The team is very knowledgeable and has provided several design and product enhancement ideas along the way. I highly recommend!

Gil Comeaux

Founder and CEO

Sunil showed strong technical knowledge and delivered high-quality work. Communication was clear, deadlines were met, and they handled all tasks professionally. I would be happy to work with them again

Adam New

The RAPROD team sincerely appreciates the work delivered during the development phase. The contractor played an important role in building the core platform and helping establish a stable functional foundation with the current feature set. Their responsiveness, technical capability, and ability to execute on requirements contributed meaningfully to the project’s progress.

Mitesh Shetty

Founders and CEO

My second engagement with the WebAtlas team was just as great as the first. I handed off a very large codebase to them to take over from a previous developer, which was in a broken state, and they were able to effectively piece it back together, get it running again, and add new capabilities. I highly recommend the team, they are professional and easy to work with. They were flexible and responsive.

Questions about the process

The three questions we get on every call

What if I want to change something halfway through?
You can. Small changes fit inside the sprint. Bigger ones get a written estimate of extra time and cost first, and you decide. Nothing is added to your bill without a yes from you.
You do. GitHub, hosting, domain and app store accounts are all opened in your name. You can walk away at any point with everything.

Fixed price projects are paid in milestones tied to the seven steps. Dedicated teams are billed monthly. You never pay for a step you have not
approved.
